Why should I work with you?
Because I’m the best nutrition coach for weight loss in the world.
Hmm, perhaps that’s a bit of an overstatement…
However, I’m a friendly UK-based nutrition coach, with a Pn1 certification from Precision Nutrition and years of experience in helping men and women (both vegans and omnivores) lose weight and feel better about themselves.

My coaching philosophy is one of ‘deep health’, using a biopsychosocial approach – taking all aspects of your life into account, from what goes into your mouth to how you sleep.
My goal as a weight loss coach is to help my clients make their own decisions about what they eat, which is a healthier and more sustainable way to live than following strict meal plans and workout schedules.
Because who doesn’t like a slice of cake?
There are many negatives to counting calories, while restrictive diets (where you eliminate a macronutrient such as fat or carbohydrates) tend to become frustrating in the long run.

Many online diet coaches hide their pricing or want to get you on a call first, then sell you a package.
However, pricing is an important factor when choosing a coach. So I am laying out my prices and then you can decide if it’s suitable for you and your budget.
I work in blocks of four weeks. That’s £170 for four weeks coaching, which includes 4 x 60-minute video calls (one a week), a cheat sheet, my 92-page eBook, and regular check-ins. I also make myself available throughout the week for questions.

How many weeks would I need?
That’s a great question.
In all honest, it varies from person to person.
For many people, one block of four weeks is all the need to get back on track.
For others, they have worked with me for over a year, as they enjoy the accountability.
Are you a vegan weight loss coach?
If you’re vegetarian, vegan or plant-based, you’ll be pleased to know that I am a vegan weight loss coach.
In fact, the majority of clients I’ve worked with are vegan or vegetarian, and I’m a dedicated vegan of more than six years.
However, I will work with you if you eat meat, eggs or dairy, nobody is excluded here.
How do we work together?
